7-day return / refund window

We offer a 7-day return and refund policy, starting from the day your order is marked as
delivered. Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery can’t be accepted.
To be eligible for a return (when approved):
• The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging • You must provide proof of purchase (order number)

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (7-day reporting
window)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of
delivery.

To help us resolve it quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos (and/or a short video) showing the issue

After we review your claim and confirm it with our supplier, we will offer one of the
following (depending on the situation):
• Replacement (reshipment) at no extra cost, or
• Refund


Change-of-mind returns

If you’re requesting a return because you changed your mind, please contact us within
7 days of delivery.
If approved:
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• The item must be unused and in original packaging


How returns work

• Please contact us first before sending anything back. Do not send returns without contacting us first — unapproved returns may not be received.
• We will organize the return with our supplier and provide the correct return
instructions.
• Returns are sent to our supplier’s inspection location. Refunds are issued after the
returned item is received and inspected (when applicable).


Refund timing

If your refund is approved:
• It will be issued back to your original payment method.
• Processing time can vary by payment provider.

Non-returnable items

Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene/safety reasons or other
restrictions. If an item is non-returnable, we’ll note it on the product page.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has
already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
